Thank You!

I am not going to do anything in this post other than the really important thing this weekend, honor those who have served and thank them for their service.

We often take for granted the ones that serve our country and us. About 2.25 million Americans have been killed or wounded defending and fighting for our country over our 234 year existence. 2,250,000 have paid a very great price for us.

Add to the military count the law enforcement, homeland security forces, firefighters, first responders, medical personnel, utility workers, etc. and the count climbs drastically. These are all people that serve to make our lives what they are here in this great country. They do this with great sacrifice, as we can see from the numbers above and their families sacrifice a great deal for their service also.

Remember this the next time you come in contact with any of them, thank them for their service and let them know of your support for their work. A smile and thank you would do a lot for them in their lives. It would show them that the work they do or did and the service they provide or provided is appreciated and recognized. Make sure that you fly a flag this weekend, even if it is a very small one. Let them see our support for them and the love we have of the country that they make greater and stronger. We have another way we can show our support for them, we can register to vote and then vote. They put their lives on the line for us and our country, we can at least vote and participate in securing our liberty and making sure that those who serve get the full support they deserve from our government.

To all of you who serve: We sleep well because you stand guard and at the ready.
To the families of those who serve: Thank you.

Armed Forces Day

Yesterday was Armed Forces Day. We need to take the time and thank all of those who serve now and that have served in the past in our armed forces. Thank you for the sacrifice! Thank you for your family's sacrifices! We have an all-volunteer armed forces system. There is no draft, no forced or mandatory service. They literally risk everything for us. Thank you.

Good news. The percentage of Americans now calling themselves "pro-life" remains at least comparable to the percentage calling themselves "pro-choice", if not higher as has been the case since 2009. This contrasts with the pattern from 1995 through 2008 when more Americans typically embraced the "pro-choice" label. (2010 Gallup. Inc.)

Bad news, but we already knew it. Obamacare is going to cost $115 Billion more than they told us it would according to the Congressional Budget Office. Imagine that! Funny how they held out that morsel of dough so that the cost wouldn't be above $1,000,000,000,000.00! That means $1 Trillion. I like showing all of the zeroes. It helps realize how huge a number it is. I guess at this point we all need to learn the next number out there. As fast as we are spending money, our national debt will make it to $1,000,000,000,000,000.00 before we get it under control? The number is "Quadrillion". Nice ring to it isn't there?

So all of us have read about that evil, racist law that they passed down in Arizona. That is down there where they let people carry guns in open on their belt! Ahhhh! This must be a state of racists! Even Eric Holder, our Attorney General tells us about how bad this law is and why we should be wary of it! What was that? Who hasn't read it? You mean the Arizona law? No way! Are you kidding me? Eric Holder admitted that he hasn't read the 16-page law? How could this be? They all read the Obamacare 1700+ pages and the other bills that have been 1,000 + pages! Funny how he can attack a law that is 16 pages long without reading it and not say one bad thing about a 1,700 + page law that is clearly unconstitutional because of the mandates included in it!

Remember the guy named Maurice Strong that I told you about in the Chicago Climate Exchange post? This guy is becoming really popular in the talk shows these days. Seems he is a very strong global governance guy. George Soros is one of the others in this group. Guess who their pawn in the game is, Barrack Hussein Obama. You guessed it, our dear president. You know the special top-secret Blackberry that Obowmao had to have and the Secret Service was just dying over? Guess who is on the other end of those messages? They have to be able to get marching orders to him somehow. Now they just have to get him reading the teleprompter only and quit ad libbying in his speeches! Don't you just love guys giving orders to our president that don't even live here (Maurice Strong is in Communist China!) and that think the United Nations should have governing rights over our own Constitution and courts here in the United States of America? Have you heard about the small arms ban that is trying to be shoved down our throats through the UN in total disregard of our own 2nd Amendment? Some things are just easier done outside of our congressional body. Even they aren't Progressive enough to ban small arms. Oh, well, as long as it gets done right? And we thought Pelosi was bad! These guys have no respect for our Constitution or us. As far as they are concerned, it only works when it fits their program.

So at least we have the Supreme Court to protect us! We don't? What, Elena Kagan won't protect our country and the Constitution? So no bench experience is a big thing? Oh, I guess it is. Even Obowmao said that while he was a senator. Someone without any judgeship experience would have to be more heavily scrutinized according to him. So why would he nominate a complete rooky for the Supreme Court? Well you could read any of her writings if you had a question. She comes out of the Chicago Law School group along with Obowmao, so he knows she is very Progressive and will carry the global governance banner with pride. She even thinks that it is okay for the government to be able to restrict 1st Amendment rights in some cases when it hurts the government.

More good news. Incumbents are falling behind the new wave of "smaller government and less spending" candidates that are on the ballots. This is good if all of us are registered to vote and then will vote. November is a major possible turning point in this country. But only if we vote in the primaries and in November! Tell your family, your friends, your neighbors and everyone you come in contact with how important it is to vote!

Bridgewater comes out the leader in our return to greatness!

Tim Bridgewater left the convention today as about as happy as he could get going into a primary with Mike Lee.

The real race today was the race for the senate seat that Bob Bennett has held for the last 17 1/2 years. I ran for delegate on the fact that I could not vote for Bob Bennett, it was time for him to come home. To Senator Bennett, I thank him for his service over the three terms. He served well, not as well as we had hoped on a few issues, but he did serve Utah.

Going into the convention today, I had predicted that the three candidates coming out of the first round of votes would be Mike Lee first, Tim Bridgewater second, and Bob Bennett third. I predicted that the second round would be Tim Bridgewater first with him picking up the majority of Cherilyn Eagar’s votes. Mike lee would be second and Bob Bennett would be dropped from the ballot. I then predicted that Tim Bridgewater would pick up about 2/3 of Bob Bennett’s votes and push very close to the 60% to avoid a primary.

The results were:

Round one: Mike Lee over Tim Bridgewater by about 2% with Bob Bennett coming in third and Cherilyn Eagar in fourth.

Round two: Tim Bridgewater moved ahead of Mike Lee by 2% and Bob Bennett came in a distant third and was eliminated.

Round three: Tim Bridgewater picked up the majority of Bob Bennett’s votes and took a substantial lead in the voting with 57.28% of the vote, just short of the 60% needed to be the candidate without a primary in June.

It is amazing how well I understood what was going to happen at the convention after spending the last month and a half talking to and listening to the candidates. Sometimes I surprise myself! But it was a good surprise, especially after endorsing Tim Bridgewater for Senate.

Tim will do well in the primary. He is a hard worker, a smart businessman, he has a desire to serve, a passion to make government smaller, a mind that thinks quickly (evidenced by his very astute moves to welcome the Eagar votes by complimenting her after the first round and the tribute he paid to Bob Bennett as he left the field going into the third round) and most importantly to me, he has H.I.T., honesty, integrity, and truth. I get a peaceful feeling when I think of Tim as our next senator.

You will be hearing from me about Tim Bridgewater more in the future. If you are wondering whom to support, I definitely endorse and suggest Tim.

Morgan Philpot came through as the candidate in the 2nd District facing the primary winner for the Democrats. Yes, Jim Matheson did not win the nomination in the convention! Gary Herbert won the nomination for Governor over Dan Oaks. Okay, I didn’t think Dan would win at the convention, but I thought he would do better. But, as far as Gary Herbert goes, we will be fine with him as a candidate. He has heard the masses and is selling fiscal conservatism hard. Hopefully he will take up the banner against illegal immigration as well and will continue his fight for reclaiming Utah’s land from the federal government. Rob Bishop did well and came out as the nominee in the 1st District with Jason Chaffetz running unopposed in the Third District. These are two of the incumbents that I have said deserve to return to Washington DC because of their conservative fight for our country and state.

The party business at the end of the convention went rather well with no changes that gave any further power to the feds or the state level over individuals and their communities.

This was a definite victory for individuals in the State of Utah. We will be the talk of the country for the next week and will continue to be referenced to during this election year.

I was honored to be trusted by my neighbors and friends and hope that my votes were made well for a return to the greatness we have had in the past.

Make sure you are registered to vote, vote in the primaries, and most of all bring your neighbors, friends and family to the polls with you in November and we will take back control of the overpowered, out of control federal government and let those with our vision of the future represent us in a return to greatness and a better future for us, our children, our grandchildren and their children!

Dan Oaks would be good for our state.

I have looked through the issues for the state, listened to the candidates and decided that Dan Oaks would be the best choice for the State of Utah. He has the right answers for the economy, education, 2nd Amendment, illegal immigration, federal land grab, UDOT, Restoring the Constitution, size of government and water rights.

Gary Herbert is a good man; I think Dan will do better. His business experience and desire to return our country to its greatness again.

Tim Bridgewater for Senate and Dan Oaks for governor.

Please make sure you are registered to vote for the primary and make sure everyone voted in November. We must save our country from the Progressives that want to "change" it!

Bridgewater is my choice.

I have spent a lot of time talking to, listening to and reading about the U.S. Senate candidates and their stand on the items critical in this election. I cannot and will not vote for Bob Bennett. His time to come home is here. Thanks for the service over the years, but it has now been too long and he is blending in with Congress too well these days.

I have looked to three candidates through out the last few months as the leaders in this race. Cherilyn Eager, Mike Lee and Tim Bridgewater. I have read all of the things that I could find on these candidates both pro and con and I have been enlightened by the writings about all of them from outside of their own campaign offices.

So what do you do when you come down to three that could each well serve our state and country? I always go back to my gut instinct. What was my impression after a face to face meeting with the candidate? What questions could I not feel comfortable about, even after talking to the candidate? How has the candidate handled their campaign and have they shown H.I.T.? (This is my old gauge: Honesty, Integrity and Truthfulness) Finally, when I think about all three, which one brings peace of mind when I ask "could I vote for them and feel comfortable the day after with that vote? I hope that both Cherilyn and Mike both stay involved in the push for a return to the great America that we once were, they both add to this battle we are fighting and their efforts are needed. However for this position I feel most comfortable with Tim.

Tim Bridgewater brings the peace of mind that I need to feel. He has the experience in business that I so want to see brought to Congress. We need to have representatives that understand what it means to make it to the end of the month and that know that the bottom line is important! He wants to protect our country, our way of life and our freedoms. He has values that reflect what I feel are important, Glenn Beck represents them as Faith, Hope and Charity, I add, "would I want to be his friend?" I also feel that his wife Laura shares these same values and urgency for return to greatness that Tim does. This gives me comfort in knowing that he has family support for the job at hand. This is extremely critical in such a hard and important position.

So on Saturday May 8, 2010, as a Utah State Republican Convention Delegate, I will vote for Tim Bridgewater and ask any others that are still considering this race to do the same. Tim will be the strength we need to return to the greatness our country once had.

For all those who are not delegates, please make sure you are registered to vote, that you vote in the primaries if there are any and also most importantly that you vote in November for a return to greatness!

The government created it, we get to pay it! Well over $117,000.00 per tax payer and over $41,800.00 for each and every citizen! Of course if you want to get technical and count all of the debt including the Unfounded Liabilities (Debt that they know we owe in the next years that is not covered by revenue) the amount jumps to only a small little minute number of over $350,962.00 per every citizen! Now that we all feel better about ourselves and our worth today, lets get down to the real business of the day, Global Warming.

Personally I do not believe there is such a thing as human caused Global Warming. I have heard from many people who would know (experts and scientists) that have convinced me there is no such thing as Global Warming. The press has even started realizing that Global Warming is fabricated by man. Remember the uncovering of the emails that showed that the scientists responsible for measuring and reporting temperatures were purposely changing data to show a continuous increase in temperatures to support Global Warming? Yet during that same period, our temperatures were actually going down! Don’t you just love honesty? Yet our government is bound and determined to fix Global Warming with bills, regulations, laws, taxes, fees and all kinds of crazy stuff that they can think up. Why are they so dead set on us having to fix something that doesn’t exist? Why are they still trying to push Cap And Trade down our throats? We have told them we don’t want it! We have said we don’t want the estimated $3,200.00 per year extra that it is going to cost us when it goes into effect! So WHY?

Glenn Beck and Investor’s Daily, one of the largest financial market reporting services, have picked up on a big thing that has been flying under the radar. Here it is, hang on, it is going to be a build up for one wild ride we are going to have to take.

April 17, 1995, Al Gore goes to Molten Metal Technology, Inc. in Fall River, MA. MMTI claimed to have a technology to recycle metals from waste. MMTI was run by Maurice Strong and some other Gore friends. MMTI had received $25 Million in U.S. Depart of energy grants, but had not proven their technology worked on a commercial scale. They then received an additional $8 Million in taxpayer money, their only source of revenue. With the Earth Day greeting and promotion by Al Gore, the MMTI stock soared to $35 per share and maintained that price through October of 1996. In March of 1996, corporate officers and Maurice Strong began to sell their stock in the company at top prices. A total of $15.3 Million shares. On Sunday October 20, 1996 the company issued a press release announcing that DOE funding was going to dry up. On Monday the stock plunged to $5 per share. Welcome to the beginning of Maurice Strong and Al Gore taking it to the world for profit. Oh, by the way, this was not Maurice Strong’s first venture into being caught at insider trading.

In 1997, Maurice Strong went on to take 41 Million from Saddam Hussein as an Iraqi agent for investment into Cordex Petroleum, Fred Strong’s company, the son of Maurice. He is also considered to be the “big cheese” and major architect of the Kyoto Protocol, which is basically failing now because of the fraud involved with it.

Now Maurice Strong is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Climate Exchange. What is the CCX? “The Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) operates North America’s only cap and trade system for all six greenhouse gases, with global affiliates and projects worldwide.” This is from their own website. CCX is run by Richard L. Sandor, Chairman and Founder. Sandor has a long history from his positions in Chicago, IL. Do you know anyone else from Chicago? How about Richard M. Daley, Mayor of Chicago and Honorary Chairman of CCX? How about Barrack Hussein Obama? What does he have to do with this? Would you believe the seed money to start the CCX came through Obama? Lets go back and see some other history first.

In 1999, Carlton W. Bartels invented the technology to trade gas units, carbon credits, etc. He applied for the patent for this technology but was killed on September 11, 2001 in WTC1 in NYC, NY. His widow sold the unpatented technology to Franklin Raines, CEO of Fannie Mae. On November 7, 2006, the patent for the technology was granted. Does it make any sense that there was a connection to the day after the Democrats took control of the House and Senate from the elections? Franklin Raines now does work with CCX.

So back to CCX, Richard Sandor says that the CCX will be a $10 Trillion per year exchange with cap and trade. Does that sound like much? The Foreign Currencies Exchange or the FOREX does $15 Trillion per year! So this is big! How did the CCX get started and who owns it?

In 1994 – 2002, Barrack Hussein Obama was teaching Law in Chicago and was on the Board of The Joyce Foundation. In 2007, the Joyce Foundation had almost $1 Billion in assets to “to protect the natural environment of the Great Lakes, to reduce poverty and violence in the region, and to ensure that its people have access to good schools, decent jobs, and a diverse and thriving culture. We are especially interested in improving public policies, because public systems such as education and welfare directly affect the lives of so many people, and because public policies help shape private sector decisions about jobs, the environment, and the health of our communities. To ensure that public policies truly reflect public rather than private interests, we support efforts to reform the system of financing election campaigns.” From their own website. Sounds like something Obama would be involved with and look to for support in his career.

In 2000 the Joyce Foundation gave Barrack Obama $1.1 Million in grants to give to CCX to start them up. They also were funding someone named John Ayers also. You know, the brother of that guy Bill Ayers (Convicted Felon of Terrorist activities against the Federal Government) that Obama says he doesn’t really know that well. Yeah right! So Obama is involved in the founding of CCX! I wonder how much stock he has being watched over for him while he is off being president?

A company by the name of Generation Investment Management invests into CCX and becomes the 5th largest shareholder in CCX. Who is GIM? Remember Maurice Strong and Al Gore? You got it! The fraudulent metals recycling duo from a few years before! These guys are the founders and GIM does the carbon trading in Europe of the greenhouse gases and such.

In 2006, Goldman Sachs became a 10% shareholder in CCX. Goldman Sachs, isn’t that the place that has made Billions of dollars off the financial collapse and where a whole bunch of Obama’s advisors have come from? Names like David Blood, Mark Ferguson and Peter Harris. This is just a few not to mention some others.

Is this beginning to sound real ugly yet? Wouldn’t you just love to sit in on the meetings they have at CCX? So now all they need to start taking hold of this $10 Trillion annual exchange is CAP AND TRADE! Yeah, that is one of the bills Obama is trying to jam down our throats. Getting any clearer yet? Only one thing, CAP and TRADE does not reduce greenhouse gasses! It only allows you to buy and sell credits so that if you need more you buy them from the guys that don’t! Same greenhouse gasses produced, now just controlled though an elaborate trading system for profit!

Welcome to the world of PROFIT on a scale that you and I will never see, but that our dear president has been in on from the very beginning. This begins to put new light on the agenda on the environment and CAP and TRADE! Remember ENRON, the company that everyone thought was the evil ones of trading gas and energy commodities? They actually had a real commodity that they handled. The commodity really existed. The Chicago Climate Exchange is going to trade something that doesn’t exist but do it in a method very similar to ENRON! Wow, can we get any more hypocritical by these guys who vilified ENRON but now set up CCX?

Welcome to the new world order that Obama is trying to set up. Save the earth, pass some bills to help control it, get all of your buddies from Chicago and a few from some other areas like the Carbon Credit trading gurus of Europe, Maurice Strong and Al Gore and throw in Goldman Sachs and a ton of their people and ex-people to make sure that it all works well. What do you have? CCX, $3,200 per year more in costs per household, no reduction in greenhouse gasses, a lot of new regulations, fees, taxes and a whole bunch of profit for those involved with CCX! Oh yes, and Global Warming is still one of the largest frauds perpetuated on the people of our cooling planet!

If you are not registered to vote, do so now. Then vote in the primaries. Most certainly vote in November and lets send everyone except a very few back home. We need people to represent us that will not let this abuse take place. Like I said last week, if we don’t, January will probably be too late to stop the dropping of the anchor. We will be stuck in place with a very EVIL anchor holding us in stagnation! This is real! Your economic prosperity and freedoms are at risk.
