March 23rd, a date that has had many historical things happen on it in our country, some good, some bad.
March 23, 2010 We lost our freedom and control of our medical system on that date to a band of thugs that relished in their victory over the vast majority of the country by giving speeches, using foul language in their public revelry and looking like a bunch of school yard bullies ganged together to take on all comers.
March 23, 2010 The date of the Utah Caucuses, where the Republican State Party's efforts to increase control over the individual voting precinct caucuses, devised a format that was an absolute mess until the breakaway for individual precinct meetings. To sum up the result of the new format; IF YOU WANT TO TURN A TWO CAR PARADE INTO A TRAFFIC JAM, PUT A POLITICIAN IN CHARGE OF IT! The Utah State Republican Party Leadership made Washington DC look like the Honor Roll!
Back to the March 23, 2010 events; I was elected as a State Convention Delegate along with a friend/neighbor. I am honored by my neighbor's. What was our method for being elected? Washington DC is out of control. Those who have been there are part of the problem with a few exceptions. We need to start anew! We need those who are for smaller government, less control by the government, privatizing as many functions of the government as possible, lower taxes, less spending, better national security and out with the old members of congress. We need to see about an 80% turnover in the House of Representatives and a 25% turnover in the Senate in November. (Meaning only about 8 of those up for reelection in the Senate should return!)

March 23, 1775 Patrick Henry gives his famous speech declaring, "Give me liberty or give me death!"
In March of 1775, Patrick Henry, an attorney, rode into Culpepper, Virginia. In the middle of the town square, was a man tied to a whipping post, being whipped with a whip with metal in the ends. When they stopped beating him, Patrick Henry could see the bones of his rib cage. He asked, "What has the man done to deserve such a beating as this?" The reply was that the man being scourged was a minister. He was one of twelve preachers, arrested because they refused to take the king's license to preach the gospel.
The governor was under orders that all preachers must take a license. While being tried without a jury, the minister stated, "I will never submit to taking your license. I am controlled by the Holy Spirit, and authorized by God Almighty, and will not allow you to control me by a license, no matter what you may do to me." Three days later, he was whipped to death, as well as the other ministers. This was the incident that sparked Patrick Henry to write "The War Inevitable Speech".

No man thinks more highly than I do of the patriotism, as well as the abilities of the very worthy gentlemen who have just addressed the house. This is no time for ceremony. The question before the house is one of awful moment to this country. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with those warlike preparations which cover our waters and darken our land. Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation - the last arguments to which kings resort. I ask gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motive for it? Has Great Britain any enemy in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies? No sir, she has none. They are meant for us; they can almost be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains, which the British ministry have been so long forging. And what have we to oppose them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer upon the subject? Nothing. We have held the subject up in every light of which it was capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find that we have not already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves longer. Sir, we have done every thing that could be done, to avert the storm which is now coming on.
We have petitioned - we have remonstrated - we have supplicated - we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the ministry and parliament. Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne. In vain, after these things, we may indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope. They tell us, sir, that we are weak - unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be next week or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs, and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

It is in vain, sir to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, peace, peace - but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it the gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? I think Patrick Henry had the greatest impact on this date in history. For without his stirring speech, there might not have been the inspiration for the beginning of the American Revolution at all costs.
Our job is to take the freedoms and rights that have been given to us by our Creator and the Founding Fathers and use them to return to the path that we should be on, the one set forth by our inspired Founding Fathers. Our Constitution is 13 pages long. We don't need 2,700 page bills to take those freedoms away from us; we just need to not care.
If you are not registered to vote, do so in the next few days. Don't allow your freedoms and rights to be taken away from you by those who would do evil. Once you have registered, you must vote in every election there is. Not just a party vote, but a vote for those individuals that will honestly return us to the great country we once were. This will require studying of the candidates and their platforms, talking with neighbors and friends and then VOTING!
More than 1,200,000 U.S. soldiers have died in the history of our country securing the right for us to vote. It is dishonoring them and telling them that they died in vain by us not voting.

Executive Order to Socialism/Progressivism

(a) Nothing in this Executive Order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect: (i) authority granted by law or presidential directive to an agency, or the head thereof; or (ii) functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
Rep. Bart Stupak, if you fell for this thinking it would stop abortions from being paid by federal funds, they should change your name to Rep. Stupid! Section 4. (a) specifically states that it will not "impair or otherwise affect: (i) authority granted by law or presidential directive to an agency,…"
The “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” is being signed into law on Tuesday by the President. The new law states that abortions will be paid for by federal funds. So this executive order will not affect it as stated in Section 4 (a). The new law will be administrated and run by the Dept of Health and Human Services which is an agency under the Executive Branch which can be told by directive to provide abortions by the President. Oh and if those two items were not weak enough on their own, an executive order can be changed instantly if the president feels like changing them. Executive order today, no executive order tomorrow?
Welcome to Washington DC at its finest. Bribes, buyouts, promises, executive orders, lies, anything you want to hear to get the bill passed and to hell with the citizens of this country! House Minority Leader John Boehner was right when he said "shame on us" and "hell no you haven't read it". There is no way one person knows what is in this bill. It is 2,700 pages long! It has not been read! Remember what I said two weeks ago? "It's in there!" If there is something they wanted to hide but get passed, "It's in there!" This was the shot at taking over more than 1/6 of our whole economy! Trust me, "It's in there!" They were not going to let something slip that they needed for a complete power takeover of the industry and to push the "New Progressive" industry into their form of healthcare and society.
With the signing of this bill tomorrow, we enter the darkest period our country has ever seen. This is the beginning of a pure Socialist, Progressive government in our country. The Constitution has been pushed aside and the Progressives are taking control. The fight to stop this must get stronger today. Legal challenges, political pressure, constituent demands and repeal efforts must begin right now or we will see our economy slide further than we ever thought possible. A loss of freedoms and rights given to us by the Creator and guaranteed to us by the Constitution are going to become memories as the Progressives move to take more control, make more changes and socially engineer a society that celebrates the poor and lazy and punishes the successful and hardworking. This new law destroys the theory of self-reliance and responsibility of the individual. The taxes and penalties from this new law will reach down into the lower-middle classes and small businesses. The taxes and costs of this new law will stagger the economy. The 16,000 new IRS agents created to enforce the compliance of payments, participation and taxing will be the "domestic storm troopers" of a different government than we have ever seen. Don't think that they will not be unionized thugs similar to what we have seen in the political machine that supports Obama right now. And worst of all, we will see a decline in healthcare in our once great country. The insurance companies have only been making 2.2% net income! That is one of the worst net income percentages that I have ever seen! Yet they are being touted as the evil insurance companies making fortunes off from our healthcare! If there is only 2.2% in profit in the industry, where is the government going to create the huge cost savings that they are promising? Coverage is where. You will see a drastic reduction in what is covered to create the cost savings. It is the only thing that can happen to do this! They have to cut treatments, procedures and covered items to accomplish the savings they are talking about. And don't forget how successful the government is in running things: Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, The Postal Service, Amtrak... Now we can add the healthcare industry to that list, a meager 1/6 of our total economy.
Utah Caucus meetings are Tuesday March 23, 2010, make sure you attend and participate. Possible primary elections for some and November elections for everyone! Everyone must vote, you are needed! We know what happens when we don't, evil men take control! Any candidate who is not dedicated to repealing this new law, lowering taxes, reducing government, returning honor, integrity and truthfulness to our government, and protecting and upholding the Constitution does not deserve to be voted for. If they were a part of the problem in Washington, they must come home. Two in Utah are worthy of returning, Rob Bishop and Jason Chaffetz. They have continuously fought for these things and have been in the forefront of the fight, especially Jason. Jim, Bob and Orrin have all contributed to the decline in our greatness. They need to come home, Bob and Jim now and Orrin in 2012.

How Deep Are We?
Sorry about how late this came out, I have been involved with rendering unto Caesar this week. Don’t forget your corporate returns or extensions are due Monday March 15, 2010.
Father’s Day 1964, the Phillies’ pitcher, a father of seven, was starting against the Mets. Ninety pitches later, the pitcher had struck out 10 batters and seen 27 batters retired with not one batter reaching first base. It was the first perfect game in 86 years in the National League and the finest hours of the future Hall of Famer’s baseball career.
Two weeks ago, Senator Jim Bunning of Kentucky battled on the Senate floor objecting to Harry Reid’s call for unanimous consent to waive through the $10 Billion spending bill that would extend unemployment benefits, make payments to doctors under Medicare and Medicaid, extend satellite TV to rural America, authorize expenditures in the Department of Transportation and a few other little ad-ons that our congress always slips on to any bill with any significance or importance. His only demand, “Show me how we are going to pay for it!”
His own party leadership abandoned him; Sue Collins from Maine said that Republicans did not back Bunning. Was he trying to stop supplies to the military, ground rescue flights to Haiti or Chile? No, he was holding up a spending bill impressing the point that we had no idea how we were going to pay for it! “If we cannot pay for a bill that all 100 senators support,” Bunning said, “how can we tell the American people with a straight face that we will pay for anything?”
His behavior made the case that neither party appreciates how deep in debt we are! It made some of us look into the chasm and wonder if there is a way out or will it continue to get deeper?
The bill was finally passed after Bunning was booed for five days, but what a game he pitched! Oh, that Phillies pitcher from Father’s Day 1964 was the same Jim Bunning in the Senate! Maybe his best game yet was his week in the senate holding up that bill!
So where is all of this spending coming from? George Bush added $4.122 Trillion over his eight years in office, the biggest increase by any U.S. president. On March 17, 2009 the National Debt surpassed the $11 Trillion for the first time ever. On September 30, 2009, the fiscal year 2009 ended with a $1.42 Trillion deficit. When submitted in January 2010, the 2011 budget was projected to be $1.3 Trillion. That deficit number then went to $1.4 Trillion, then $1.6 Trillion, $1.7 Trillion and has now ballooned to $1.8 Trillion! Almost ½ Trillion Dollars in about two months! The 10-year deficit projection has gone up $2.3 Trillion in that same time frame! Doesn’t it just give you a warm fuzzy feeling?
So does anyone know what our National Debt is now? Let’s all go to the official National Debt Clock together and get dizzy watching the clock spin! When I looked at it, it was $12,550,345,638,432.00. Nice cozy little number. Did you notice how fast the numbers are spinning? At $1.8 Trillion per year, we will go in debt at the rate of over $150,000,000,000.00 ($150 Billion) per month, $34,615,384,600.00 ($34.6+ Billion) per week, $4,931,506,850.00 ($4.93+ Billion) per day, $205,479,450.00 per hour, $3,424,657.50 per minute and $57,077.63 per second. In the time it will take you to read this post today, the government will have gone in debt more than an additional $34,000,000.00. More than most of us will ever gross in a lifetime! I can’t even imagine how I could even dream of ways to spend that much in one year! Seriously, look at these numbers! $150 Billion in one month in new debt!
This is government out of control! And we haven’t seen the worst of what they want to do yet! We haven’t even gotten into Healthcare Reform, Cap and Trade, Social Justice programs etc. I guarantee you that these programs will just speed up the National Debt Clock, not slow it down. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, U.S. Postal Service, Amtrak… need I go on. They prove our government’s fiscal record!
So what causes these numbers? The federal government is growing to over 2.15 Million employees in 2010. This will be the first time ever that the government workforce has exceeded 2 Million employees!
In occupations that exist in both the private sector and the federal government, the average cost of workers is $67,691 per year in 2008 for government employees and $60,046 per year in the private sector. An increase in salary costs of $7,645. Add to that the value of health, pension and other benefits; government employees were an additional $40,785 per year in costs and private sector were an additional $9,882 per year. The combined average costs per year were $108,476 per government employee while the private sector was $69,928 per employee. That is $38,548 additional the government spends per employee than comparable private sector employees cost their employers. Makes you want to go to work for the feds, almost.
In 2008 we spent $29 Billion on international affairs other than the military. In 2011 it will be $54 Billion!
Dependency on the federal government has jumped over 31% since 2001. There are now 60.8 Million people dependent on the federal government for daily housing, food and healthcare! These numbers are increasing by the effects of the recession and the economy and also by the aging of our average citizen. Yes, the baby boomers are filing for Social Security in ever increasing numbers, a 19% increase last year! Then add Obama’s efforts to expand dependency on the government and lookout!
53% of all immigrant families with children are collecting at least one form of welfare from a government program including food stamps, Medicaid and free school lunches. This number includes the legal immigrants! Take them out and the percentage of illegal aliens on welfare drastically increases. Yet our borders remain unsecured, our factories are employing illegal aliens without any federal interference under Obama and Napolitano, our legal immigration levels are at the highest level ever and we are suffering from 9.7% official unemployment and exceeding 17% in the real unemployment and underemployed numbers. Immigration of people who cannot add to our economy and society must come to an immediate halt!
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke recently told Congress, “Unless we demonstrate a strong commitment to fiscal sustainability in the longer term, we will have neither financial stability nor healthy economic growth.”
Interest payments on the debt alone cost $452 Billion last year, the largest spending category other than Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security and defense.
The United States first went into debt in 1790 when it assumed $75 Million in the war debts of the Continental Congress. Since then it has only been free of debt once, fiscal year 1835. Now it stands at $12,550,419,077,848.00. It has gone up quite a bit since I checked it a few paragraphs ago! It now exceeds 80% of our TOTAL ANNUAL OUPUT OF THE ENTIRE U.S. ECONOMY (GDP)! That is totally unsustainable! We are going to go bankrupt!
Debt is financed by the sale of Treasury bonds and bills. Fortunately for right now, these are still seen as the world’s safest investments. Who owns these debt instruments? China (the largest), Japan, OPEC nations, United Kingdom, Brazil, Hong Kong, Russia, Caribbean Banking Centers, Taiwan, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Korea, Singapore, Mexico, Thailand, India, France, Turkey, Poland, Italy, Netherlands, Egypt, Colombia, Belgium, Australia, Sweden, Israel, Spain, Chile, Norway, Philippines, Malaysia… go to www.ustreas.gov/tic/mfh.txt if you want to see the amounts recently purchased and by whom. But I think you get the picture, they are mostly countries that aren’t in much better shape than us and a few countries that their real level of friendship is questionable.
Former U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan said he’s not “overly concerned” about the dollar’s weakness in the markets. However he is very concerned about the long-term debt costs of our national deficit and debt! “There are equations in which certain relationships become progressively explosive” when he referred to our increasing interest payments and rising national debt.
On February 3, 2010, Moody’s Investors Service fired the shot across our bow, warning that our “triple A credit rating would come under pressure.” In an additional note to the warning, they said, “Unless further measures are taken to reduce the budget deficit further or the economy rebounds more vigorously than expected, the federal financial picture as presented in the projections for the next decade will at some point put pressure on the Triple A government bond rating.” OUCH! Ask any corporate bond expert what this will do to a company trying to finance its debt! Armageddon may be an easier fight.
It now becomes simple economics. With the debt to GDP ratio closing faster and faster to a 1:1 ratio, we are going to see greater problems in debt financing and interest costs. Investors are going to move to higher return instruments other than the US Government instruments. Investors are going to move to safer instruments. Investors are going to increasingly demand higher rates. Investors are going to increasingly demand safer investments. Market pressures on interest rates are going to push them higher with increasing debt forecasts for the next ten years, deficit pressures will increase the cost of interest costs for the national debt, further increasing annual deficits and most importantly for immediate effects on us the citizens, our interest cost will go up, causing additional costs to businesses, higher pricing for goods and services and all around inflationary pressure on our economy. Adding additional pressures of lower revenues to the government from individuals and corporate taxes due to higher costs. It just doesn’t get any better unless we cut the deficits now.
How deep are we? Deeper in a chasm than we can ever get out of unless, we stop excess spending now, reduce our deficits now and bring our national debt down. This isn’t for us anymore, we have already blown it. This is for our children, our grand children, and our great-grandchildren and beyond. We must deal with this now or it will never be solved! There are only a few in Washington DC that understand this. Bennett, Hatch, and Matheson do not. There records prove it. What you are hearing on TV, radio, Internet, etc. right now contrary to this is nothing but election BS! Bennett is never a greater conservative than the year he is running for re-election. If there is a microphone or camera within a one-mile radius of him, he will find it and tell you how important he is to Utah! If only he would have voted that way the last 18 years! Don’t listen to what they say now, look at their voting records and see how much a part of the problem all three of them have been over their terms. They need to come home and let those who understand the level of crisis they put us in go and try and fix it. And by fix, I mean cut spending like there is no tomorrow. Because there really is no tomorrow anymore. We already spent it and enslaved it with debt.

Ninety pitches later, the pitcher had struck out 10 batters and seen 27 batters retired with not one batter reaching first base. It was the first perfect game in 86 years in the National League and the finest hours of the future Hall of Famer’s baseball career.
Two weeks ago, Senator Jim Bunning of Kentucky battled on the Senate floor objecting to Harry Reid’s call for unanimous consent to waive through the $10 Billion spending bill that would extend unemployment benefits, make payments to doctors under Medicare and Medicaid, extend satellite TV to rural America, authorize expenditures in the Department of Transportation and a few other little ad-ons that our congress always slips on to any bill with any significance or importance. His only demand, “Show me how we are going to pay for it!”
His own party leadership abandoned him; Sue Collins from Maine said that Republicans did not back Bunning. Was he trying to stop supplies to the military, ground rescue flights to Haiti or Chile? No, he was holding up a spending bill impressing the point that we had no idea how we were going to pay for it! “If we cannot pay for a bill that all 100 senators support,” Bunning said, “how can we tell the American people with a straight face that we will pay for anything?”
His behavior made the case that neither party appreciates how deep in debt we are! It made some of us look into the chasm and wonder if there is a way out or will it continue to get deeper?
The bill was finally passed after Bunning was booed for five days, but what a game he pitched! Oh, that Phillies pitcher from Father’s Day 1964 was the same Jim Bunning in the Senate! Maybe his best game yet was his week in the senate holding up that bill!
So where is all of this spending coming from? George Bush added $4.122 Trillion over his eight years in office, the biggest increase by any U.S. president. On March 17, 2009 the National Debt surpassed the $11 Trillion for the first time ever. On September 30, 2009, the fiscal year 2009 ended with a $1.42 Trillion deficit. When submitted in January 2010, the 2011 budget was projected to be $1.3 Trillion. That deficit number then went to $1.4 Trillion, then $1.6 Trillion, $1.7 Trillion and has now ballooned to $1.8 Trillion! Almost ½ Trillion Dollars in about two months! The 10-year deficit projection has gone up $2.3 Trillion in that same time frame! Doesn’t it just give you a warm fuzzy feeling?

I can’t even imagine how I could even dream of ways to spend that much in one year! Seriously, look at these numbers! $150 Billion in one month in new debt!
This is government out of control! And we haven’t seen the worst of what they want to do yet! We haven’t even gotten into Healthcare Reform, Cap and Trade, Social Justice programs etc. I guarantee you that these programs will just speed up the National Debt Clock, not slow it down. When I look, I see EVIL!
January 2008, I am driving from Logan, UT to Springville, UT with my wife, my mom and my aunt for my uncle's funeral. Politics are the topic and my mom asks me what I thought about this Obama guy. My response was, "when I look at Obama, I see evil." I was part of the unanimous opinion in the car. Does my opinion change today? No, it is strengthened by the last 26 months. Why do I see evil, I could tell whenever he talked that he was telling us what we wanted to hear, not the truth. He was so persuasive in his act, he persuaded over half of the country with his agenda. It was an agenda that had no publicly stated plan, no publicly stated specifics, but it offered a dream as wonderful as your mind could conjure up with the flowery and beautiful future that he generalized about and how that CHANGE was just what we wanted and needed! Not bad, Satan only got one third!
Well, just how do you feel about that change now? We are in the worst downturn in the economy that we have ever faced, our unemployment is strangling America, we are spending money faster than the feds can sell the debt, we have turned over the banking industry, the financial industry, the auto industry and we are getting ready to turn over the healthcare industry to the federal government! And there is no sign of any of this going away in the near future. So who has profited from this? Goldman Sachs, the Federal Reserve, many friends of theirs, Congress, the White House and the unions. Unions? Yes, the unions.
Don't think that he got to the White House without the unions. It was their extra funding, their special organizing methods and canvassing programs that got the vote out to get Obama elected. The union bosses are standing in line for their payback now and they are not going to be nice about it if they don't get what they want. You remember when there was talk of a "Cadillac Tax" on the better health insurance programs that are out there? The unions and big labor were given an exemption under the first Healthcare Nationalization push. It was a little too obvious and a firestorm erupted over the special treatment being given to unions and big labor. That was quickly dropped and the screaming ended. So why did they give up so easily? Because they got something just as good, a new federal bureaucracy that would be there to administrate the "backdoor public option" from the millions of Americans in government-run insurance under the guise of Medicare coverage expansion. The Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius (a union sympathizer) would have broad authority that would allow her to set monopoly bargaining and forced dues for doctors and nurses. The workers of the healthcare industry would begin to be organized quickly to protect them from the evil healthcare organizations that use them for profiteering and would set them with special healthcare packages themselves by joining the unions. Wouldn't all of this go along very nicely with "card-check" and have the rights of those not wanting to be unionized steam-rolled by the powerful union organizers.
Unions are just a small part of the problem with the new healthcare program. First of all, the American public has a majority that doesn’t want it! Does that stop it, NO! Look at the arrogance of Obama at the Healthcare summit! After watching that, there was no doubt in mind that there was absolutely no intention of Obama giving in to the demands of the opposers or the American Public. He has an agenda and it is going to go through regardless of what it costs, who opposes it, how it will affect the quality of healthcare, and whom it will cost their seat in Congress after the elections this fall. He has come out and told congress that they need to suck it up, stand firm and get this passed regardless of the level of pain it will inflict on them.
We are hearing about all of these concerns that the "Blue Dogs" have with certain areas like abortion and public option and how it is not a problem they will not be in there. But think about this, the bill is 2,700 pages long! Have we ever experienced a time when after the bill is passed we find about a little portion of it that allows something to take place that no one knew was in there? Well right of the top of my head, I would say that well over 50% of the bills passed have the trigger in them somewhere for the sneaky add-in. At 2,700 pages, I guarantee you that whatever they are saying is not in there, IT IS IN THERE! Remember the old Ragu commercials? "It's in there!" How could it not be in there? Think about how many pages 2,700 pages are! That is about the size of five Book of Mormons, four dictionaries, and more than double the size of the largest book I have ever read! Do you really think it isn't in there?
So what is the level of importance of this to get passed? Well look back at the sweetheart deals handed out in the first round of voting. Louisiana, Nebraska... We all know what they were. What is going on now, arm-twisting, threats, behind closed door promises, judicial appointments, Wait, judicial appointments? Do you really think that Obama is going to do something like nominate Scott Matheson to the 10th Circuit Court for no reason? Jim Matheson is one of the "Blue Dogs" that is threatening the passage in the House. Why is that connected? Scott Matheson is from Utah! This is the 10th Circuit Court! When the liberals and progressives want to get a good ruling in a case, one of the courts they go to is the 10th Circuit Court! Scott Matheson is not in the league of the liberals and progressives that already sit there. He is much more conservative. But one seat will not matter. Remember also, this is the state that Obama is plotting to steal millions of acres for additional National Monument status. Why steal, we don’t get any use out of the land including royalties from energy production that goes to the State School Trust Fund if it is turned into a National Monument. Remember Clinton and the Grand Escalante Staircase?
The healthcare bill is supposed to cost just under a trillion dollars over the next 10 years. Nice try. Has the government ever done anything under budget or close to budget ever? Amtrak, NASA, U S Postal Service, Social Security... You get the picture. So where does the cost savings to the budget come from that Obama keeps talking about? From his proposal. The Senate bill is going to be shoved down the country's throat with Reconciliation, as they like to call it. Actually it is no debate, no give and take, here it is, shut up and vote and quit your whining. The House is going to vote on what bill? Not Obama's proposal, it hasn't been written. It doesn't exist, they will vote on the Senate Bill. That small little 2,700 page monstosity that is full of everything, because it's in there! Believe it or not, that is where the chance of stopping this mess is, in the House. Too many of the Democrats are nervous, does that have to do with the fact that all of them are up for re-election in November?
So why do I see EVIL? Healthcare, we are getting it no matter what. He doesn't care, he owes it for favors and it gains control of one more industry. Can anyone ever remember in the history of our country when literal Communists had access to and influence at the white House? Right now. I've mentioned Van Jones. There are more and they have the ear of the President of The United States of America. They are there by invitation and appointment from the President. The promises of making government more open and transparent were lies. The change he promised has not happened, the jobs he promised have gone the other direction and decreased. He apologizes to the world for the evil our country has done. He has cut the energy production industry in our country off at the knees and is letting us get into more desperate situations on foreign energy dependence. He allows one of the oldest allies we have, Great Britain, to get mad at us by having Secretary of State Clinton tell Argentina that it is time that there were talks on the future of the Falkland Islands, a territory of Great Britain and remaining part of Great Britain is exactly what the residents of the Falkland Islands want to continue. But Obama and Clinton think they should be given back to Argentina. When was the last time you heard the US rattle the saber at Iran over the nuclear program there? Who removed China from the spy watch list in the USA? Who has let Russia start back down the road to being a large threat to the world again? Who is looking to push for an amnesty for illegal aliens again in the midst of 9.7% unemployment because they do jobs that Americans won't do?
Look at his arrogance. Listen to and remember all of his lies. Look to see which friends and allies of his profit and benefit. And finally, if you don't believe any of that, look at his hands. Hands tell a lot about a man. Hands that have worked and struggled, get larger in size. They literally get muscle in them and show the efforts that have been made by that person. I realized this for the first time during the Healthcare summit; Obama has very small and slender hands and fingers with hardly any meat to them at all. Those are the hands of someone that has not ever done work in his life. I'm sorry, but I can't trust anyone that has hands like that. He hasn't worked for anything, he has positioned and leveraged. He is not someone that I will trust, especially as the leader of the free world.

Think about how many pages 2,700 pages are! That is about the size of five Book of Mormons, four dictionaries, and more than double the size of the largest book I have ever read! Do you really think it isn't in there?
So what is the level of importance of this to get passed? Well look back at the sweetheart deals handed out in the first round of voting. Louisiana, Nebraska... We all know what they were. What is going on now, arm-twisting, threats, behind closed door promises, judicial appointments, Wait, judicial appointments? Do you really think that Obama is going to do something like nominate Scott Matheson to the 10th Circuit Court for no reason? Jim Matheson is one of the "Blue Dogs" that is threatening the passage in the House. Why is that connected? Scott Matheson is from Utah! This is the 10th Circuit Court! When the liberals and progressives want to get a good ruling in a case, one of the courts they go to is the 10th Circuit Court! Scott Matheson is not in the league of the liberals and progressives that already sit there. He is much more conservative. But one seat will not matter. Remember also, this is the state that Obama is plotting to steal millions of acres for additional National Monument status. Why steal, we don’t get any use out of the land including royalties from energy production that goes to the State School Trust Fund if it is turned into a National Monument. Remember Clinton and the Grand Escalante Staircase?
The healthcare bill is supposed to cost just under a trillion dollars over the next 10 years. Nice try. Has the government ever done anything under budget or close to budget ever? Amtrak, NASA, U S Postal Service, Social Security... You get the picture. So where does the cost savings to the budget come from that Obama keeps talking about? From his proposal. The Senate bill is going to be shoved down the country's throat with Reconciliation, as they like to call it. Actually it is no debate, no give and take, here it is, shut up and vote and quit your whining. The House is going to vote on what bill? Not Obama's proposal, it hasn't been written. It doesn't exist, they will vote on the Senate Bill. That small little 2,700 page monstosity that is full of everything, because it's in there! Believe it or not, that is where the chance of stopping this mess is, in the House. Too many of the Democrats are nervous, does that have to do with the fact that all of them are up for re-election in November?
So why do I see EVIL? Healthcare, we are getting it no matter what. He doesn't care, he owes it for favors and it gains control of one more industry. Can anyone ever remember in the history of our country when literal Communists had access to and influence at the white House? Right now. I've mentioned Van Jones. There are more and they have the ear of the President of The United States of America. They are there by invitation and appointment from the President. The promises of making government more open and transparent were lies. The change he promised has not happened, the jobs he promised have gone the other direction and decreased. He apologizes to the world for the evil our country has done. He has cut the energy production industry in our country off at the knees and is letting us get into more desperate situations on foreign energy dependence. He allows one of the oldest allies we have, Great Britain, to get mad at us by having Secretary of State Clinton tell Argentina that it is time that there were talks on the future of the Falkland Islands, a territory of Great Britain and remaining part of Great Britain is exactly what the residents of the Falkland Islands want to continue. But Obama and Clinton think they should be given back to Argentina. When was the last time you heard the US rattle the saber at Iran over the nuclear program there? Who removed China from the spy watch list in the USA? Who has let Russia start back down the road to being a large threat to the world again? Who is looking to push for an amnesty for illegal aliens again in the midst of 9.7% unemployment because they do jobs that Americans won't do?
Look at his arrogance. Listen to and remember all of his lies. Look to see which friends and allies of his profit and benefit. And finally, if you don't believe any of that, look at his hands. Hands tell a lot about a man. Hands that have worked and struggled, get larger in size. They literally get muscle in them and show the efforts that have been made by that person. I realized this for the first time during the Healthcare summit; Obama has very small and slender hands and fingers with hardly any meat to them at all. Those are the hands of someone that has not ever done work in his life. I'm sorry, but I can't trust anyone that has hands like that. He hasn't worked for anything, he has positioned and leveraged. He is not someone that I will trust, especially as the leader of the free world.
