He says that his administration is going to be monitoring very closely the civil rights violations that will be happening from it? What? I guess that just cinches the fact that Obowmao no longer wants to do anything about illegal immigration! He has refused to let Homeland Security do anything to secure the borders, they no longer do any kind of workplace enforcement, and in fact they actually are promoting the new amnesty bill being pushed by the administration and his two lap dogs, Reid and Pelosi! Why can't November get here any quicker? These three make me sick!

Wow, does this sound familiar these days! Who said “state's rights” should be a dead issue!
Utah is getting ready to introduce an almost identical bill in the Utah Legislature to give us some defense from the exodus from Arizona that this bill will cause there. Unfortunately, Utah is the next state to move to when the illegals leave Arizona. Our laws have been way too relaxed over the years giving them whatever they needed to get established in the country; drivers licenses, ID cards, welfare, medical care, education... I think you get the point. Luckily our legislature has seen this and has tried to change things. Of course every time they do, they are called racists, hate mongers, violence promoters, etc. Funny thing how that works, when the bill was signed in Arizona last week, there was a massive demonstration at the statehouse by the pro illegal-immigration groups. When one supporting protestor showed up and cheered the signing, the police had to literally put him under protection and remove him from the site for his own protection. What happened next I am sure that none of you saw or heard on the news. A small riot started with the crowd chasing the police and the one supporter off the premises, throwing water bottles, and rocks and even assaulting a retreating police officer. This was a crowd of hundreds going after these few! Wait a minute this can't be right? The Tea Party groups are supposed to be the ones advocating violence and hatred! You mean those who are just here just trying to better themselves and their families with jobs are being violent and breaking our laws? Does anyone ever think about the hundreds of thousands of American citizens who have been displaced from their jobs and cannot find jobs because of the illegal immigrants working their jobs?
What was it that Sen. McCain said today? "Arizona had to pass a tough immigration law because the Obama administration failed to secure our borders," Calling the situation in his state "the worst I've ever seen," McCain said "drugs are pouring into the southwestern United States from Mexico because of ineffective border enforcement." And this is from "Mr. Amnesty", John McCain himself!
Well, it looks like Obowmao is scared. He has announced "Vote 2010". I couldn't agree more. We all need to vote in 2010! But while he is issuing the call to "young people, African Americans, Latinos, and women who powered our victory in 2008" to vote, he has king of left out a really, really big group of Americans! He has asked for them to keep working to “fix Washington and to change this country”. To rejoice in the Healthcare reform and the recovery act that has spurred the economy. What? Did I miss the recovery? There are those that are the big evil corporate and special interests “that are now trying to undo all that they have accomplished” that are trying to get their friends and allies elected in November to fight against what Obama has changed. Obama says that he is listening to what the people have told him and that is to return in November with the same people they elected in 2008 so that they can continue "to keep building a fairer, stronger and more just America!" He does this because he knows if he came out and told you the whole truth about what he wants and believes in, you would revolt against him. This way he leads you gently away with deceiving. Do not trust him, even when you think you should. It is all part of the method.
So all of you older people that are not African American or Latinos, all of you men who are not African American or Latino, all of you Asians, Europeans, and middle aged Americans, you are not to vote this fall. You do not fit into Obowmao's profile; sorry you are just part of the problem.
Well, I am proud to say I am part of the problem and I hope I become a very large part of the problem! Because what Obama wants is to continue on with the destruction of the United States of America! He wants “change”, literally. The problem is his change is not what we want or fits in with the Constitution! If you ever had one ounce of love for this country, the Constitution, the Founding Fathers, respect for the country that your parents, grandparents and great-grandparents built for us, then you now have to stand up and say enough. November is the end if we don't make gains back. If we do not put a stop in November to the agenda from the White House that is literally filled with Communists, Socialists, Marxists, Maoists, one-time domestic terrorists and Progressives, we will lose decades of work that will have to be done to return our country to what it once was!
This may seem radical and a little too weird for some of you to read, but I promise you, this is fact. Our country is at a point where it will be like trying to stop an anchor from hitting the ocean floor after it has been dropped. You might get it stopped, but you will cause yourself a lot of pain and suffering trying to do it. This January, Obama is going to drop the anchor, if we don't have enough patriots that love our country as it should be and is set forth in the Constitution, we will not be able to stop the dropping of the anchor. Stopping the anchor from dropping is the most important thing there is to do right now. Because it will be a lot harder to try and stop it from hitting bottom or worse, having to dislodge it from the bottom and try and bring it back up later on.
Obowmao likes to talk about “change”, well now is the time for change. NOT a change of our country, but a change of the elected officials in Washington and replaced by a group that loves OUR country, OUR Constitution and the rights that God has given us!
Glenn Beck states that it has to be done by those with FAITH, HOPE and CHARITY! We the voters and those we vote for must have FAITH, HOPE, and CHARITY! Faith in God and what he established through the Founding Fathers in our great country and recognizing Him and His gifts to us in the freedoms that we have here. Hope for the future, one of greatness, strength, truth, honesty from our governments and equal justice for all. There is a reason that millions have struggled over the centuries to come to this country, we are the Hope of the world! Charity that is voluntary, given by love, and caring, not forced on us by laws and "social justice" and tyranny! Americans have always been charitable and have helped whenever the need arose. We have always given and served to help those who are in need. But to tax by law and take from the wealthy to give to the poor by mandate and tyranny is wrong. It becomes government powered equalization not charity.
You need to be registered to vote. You need to vote in the primary elections if there are any to vote in. You need to vote in November. Most importantly, you need to tell all of your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, everyone you come in contact with, of the danger that we are facing if we let this government continue on with what has been happening and what they want to happen. There are a few that can be of benefit if they return to Washington after the elections, but almost all of the rest need to come home. They were part of the problem that has been developing all of these years and has greatly accelerated in the past two years. If you don't recognize a candidate as an opponent to the Washington that we see today, don't vote for them.
Remember it is up to us to stop the "change" and restore what once was. We are not doing this as racists, hate mongers, promoters of violence or hatred; we are doing this out of LOVE for THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! We love our country and the way it should be, why do they want to change it so bad?

Does it ever end?
The Heritage Foundation has found that during the last year, the government spent $146,000,000.00 for upgrades for government employees that refused to fly coach. Hmmm… Are you beginning to see the problem? Mitt Romney flew coach when he went to the Olympics last winter as a previous Olympic Chairman. I have sat two rows behind the President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (The Mormons) before in coach! I have owned businesses, been on the board of directors of and been the Vice President of a publicly traded corporation on the NASDAQ. Never did our employees fly other than coach, we flew coach and if someone had said they wouldn’t fly coach, they would have been fired.
There still is no evidence of where the $6,400,000,000.00 ($6.4 BILLION) went that was reported to have been sent to congressional districts that don’t exist from TARP. The administration and congressional leaders say it is a clerical error. But that still doesn’t explain that there is $6.4 Billion missing! Who got wealthy off from this theft?
Last month the government spent $65,000,000,000.00 more than they took in. Yes that is $65 BILLION more than they took in. Just how are we going to sustain that kind of borrowing? Better yet, how are we going to pay back that kind of debt?

When questioned about the bill she responded, “when push comes to shove, when religious liberty and sexual liberty conflict, I’m having a hard time coming up with any case in which the religious liberty should win.” Now what could be wrong with this?
A father of a Marine killed in Iraq files a lawsuit against a church that protested at his son’s funeral with signs of “God Hates You” and “Thank God For Dead Soldiers”. He won the lawsuit and it was appealed. The appeals court said the decision was wrong and ordered the father to pay the legal costs of the protestors of $16,510. Welcome home heroes!
An Arizona rancher and his dog were gunned down by illegals crossing over our border and entering into his ranch. This is the same rancher who would help illegals who were in trouble of starvation or dehydration if he found them. The tracks from the crime scene led straight back across the border into Mexico. Oh come on, let’s give all of them amnesty!

The White House is touting new rules as another “historic milestone” in government transparency. The Obama administration has denied and exempted 466,872 requests for information last year. The highest in the Bush administration was 312,683 times. So transparent!
Day of Silence is being allowed at even more schools this year on April 16th. What is this, a day when students are allowed to be silent during the whole day at school to promote the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network’s agenda.

Not only has Obama dropped all of the missile defense plans for Poland and eastern European areas; he has now decided to start a “road to zero” nuclear arms program with Russia. Isn’t that the same country that is trying to rebuild its arms program and is selling nuclear capabilities to countries like Iran, Venezuela and will not allow sanctions against North Korea? What is the solution? Prayer, resolve to vote better, and holding them accountable for their actions.
We have primary elections coming up in the next couple of months in Utah. Are you registered to vote? Everyone reading this has elections coming up in November. If you aren’t registered to vote, you are part of the problem and you must sit silent, because you do not have the right to complain about anything the government does. You relinquished that right when you didn’t vote.
WE MUST VOTE AND VOTE FOR THOSE THAT WOULD MAKE THIS COUNTRY STRONG. We have seen the "change", it doesn’t work. We must restore. Restore it to what the founding fathers built and have representatives that are honorable, have integrity and are truthful.

Too many things happening!
Okay, we know there is a lot going on, but have we ever stopped to see what we are really facing in a short period of time. Lets look at some of the news items in the last two weeks.
Tin Geithner says “the failure of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac was part of a broader crisis that revealed flaws in the entire housing finance system.” He blamed problems on “insufficient regulation and enforcement, which did not provide a check on lax underwriting, irresponsible lending and excessive risk-taking.” It seems Mr. Geithner has forgotten that it was the Clinton and Bush administrations that forced the changes on the mortgage industry and allowed people to enter the home buying market that did not belong there.
Leading into a bank overhaul bill that Geithner says, “If we fail to act, America will lose this opportunity to set the global agenda, to define new high standards for all financial companies and to lead the debate in shaping a level playing field on terms that play to our strengths.” Does that kind of statement from the government scare anyone else?
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke “sees a loss in investment by bond holders” in the changes coming to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. May I give you a pain terms version of this? The government is going to seize final control of the two government sponsored enterprises, “GSE’s” and those bond holders still left will lose their investment, just like the bond holders in the GM bankruptcy where for the first time in U.S. bankruptcy history were not given preferred status in the bankruptcy proceedings. Corporate bonds are not what they used to be, thanks to this new change we have from the Obama era!
Oh yeah, the failure of these two GSE’s has now cost taxpayers $127 Billion so far with more to come. Maybe we should let banks and mortgage companies decide themselves who deserves to be buying a home? They seem much better at it.
The Republicans tried to get a few amendments into the final version of the Health Care and Education Affordability and Reconciliation Act. One that got stopped by the Democrats was an amendment that would have kept illegal aliens from accessing taxpayer funded tax subsidies created by the bill, the use of a verification system (E-Verify) to see if one was eligible for these subsidies and another creating a five-year waiting period for immigrants to receive tax payer funded benefits so that new comers to the country would not become an immediate burden to the American people. Remember them telling us that illegal aliens would not be able to get benefits from this bill? I guess they didn’t really mean that.
Now that Obamacare is reality, the unions are asking for their next item, Card Check. That is the simple little bill that allows unions to have the removal of private or secret ballots for unionization in the workplace. So if you vote no against unionization, guess who will know? Everyone! Does anyone see a problem with the union thugs now being the biggest factor in persuading a yes vote or else?
But that wouldn’t happen would it? Craig Becker is one of the hardcore liberal appointments to the NLRB was rejected by the Senate for this new position. The unions were furious that newly elected Senator Brown from Massachusetts was seated before they could get a vote on Craig Becker in place! He was found to be too radical with a personal agenda. He actually wrote in a paper “employers should be banned from attending NLRB hearings about elections and from challenging election results even amid evidence of misconduct.” An advisor to SEIU in the well known newly unionized health care workers in Illinois that helped cost ex-Governor Rod Blagojevich his job and praise from Wade Rathke, co-founder of ACORN for his relentless work there. Whew, good thing the senate rejected him.
Ooooooops! Sorry, I spoke too soon! Craig Becker has been appointed to the NLRB! Howa can this happen? The senate rejected him. Obama used the little old “recess appointment” rule when Congress went home for Easter. Imagine that. Senate goes home, not in session, Obama makes an appointment of a hardcore progressive to pay some debt to the unions. Not only did he appoint Becker, he also appointed 14 others in the same manner to get around this new obstacle of not having 60 votes to handle his bad appointments. It gets worse; four of these new under the table appointees were former lobbyists! That brings the total number of top policy appointments to 50 former lobbyists now. Remember the executive order that Obama put in place that there would be no former lobbyists in his administration? I think I remember the quote describing it as they “won’t find a job in my White House!” That’s easy to get around; each one was given an ethics waiver in the public’s interest. Wow, and I was afraid they were breaking rules to do this! Good thing we have those ethic waivers isn’t it?
So does anyone else remember the quote by Obama, “I owe these unions!” It seems the paybacks are happening.
Speaking of labor, anyone read the report saying that almost 2,000 House of Representatives staffers are making six-figure salaries? That includes 43 that are making the maximum of $172,500 per year. Only $1,500 per year less than the members of Congress! Another 117 are within $2,000 of the same cap. 53 personal office staffers are making the $168,411 maximum cap along with another 80 that are within $2,00 from that cap. In case you were wondering, there are over 10,000 staffers for the House of Representatives.
So now we have lost the health care industry to the government also. Only the government is good at this. They have learned from their other takeovers, we don’t get benefits for four years but we start the taxation to pay for this now! Do you really think the benefits will start on time? Has anything the government started ever been on time? I guess we will probably wait for benefits while we keep paying.
Part of Obamacare was also the takeover of the student loan program also. No longer will this be handled by private industry. I guess we will be able to add that to the list of AMTRAK, US Postal System, Social Security, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac as great success stories!
Did you hear that the malpractice section of Obamacare is actually just an encouragement for the states to set up commissions to study TORT Reform?
The New York Times admits two things about Obamacare: 1. It is more about redistribution of wealth than healthcare. (Wow, these guys are good!) 2. There will be rationing of health care to afford the new system. (Pretty good for them to realize this after they have had it screamed at them for the last year during the debates!)
Obamacare is not going to fix everything, the ski resorts are going to be hit exceptionally hard. Any employer that does not provide health insurance of at least $2,000 per full-time employee if they work more than 120 days per year will be fined. This could cost ski resorts up to $1 Million in New Hampshire alone!
Due to changes in the way prescriptions are accounted for retirees, some companies are having to take charges against earnings to cover this lost deduction in their retirement programs. AT&T announced $1 Billion in charge offs because of this. Prudential will take a $100 Million charge. In the Fortune 500, there will be a write-off of $14 Billion from this single provision! Guess what that will be for the whole country. It is so big, they haven’t been able to calculate it yet! Talk about a huge reduction in tax revenues for the government coming from this. I guess it might not work out as well as they said after all.
So what does the government do as soon as these charge offs are announced? They get angry and start accusing these companies of trying to underscore the business displeasure with the new law. In fact Sen. Henry Waxman has already called a hearing to begin April 21 that the CEO’s of many of these companies have been subpoenaed to for explanation of their outlandish claims to these charge offs. The nerve of these companies following the new law when it will cost the government money!
Power companies and oil companies, get ready you are on the agenda. New legislation that will require power companies to buy and sell pollution rights in a carbon market and force oil companies to pay fixed fees for emissions. Sounds like CAP AND TRADE is going to be done in sections after all.
Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood announces that the public wants non-motorized modes of transportation including mass transit and bicycles. This will also take a key part in removing “gas-guzzling trucks” off the road. Unfortunately they haven’t mentioned how they plan to have all of the goods we use in this country getting to the market and us without these gas guzzling tucks!
This is all just a part of the Obama era war on automobiles. The trucking industry is still trying to figure out how to operate with the new emission reduction rules of 2010. The new trucks meeting these regulations are costing about $10,000 more per truck, are more expensive to operate because of the fluids, filters and maintenance required to operate them not to mention that they burn more fuel also! Now the auto industry has to meet new requirements by 2012 that will continue them to reduce emissions by 5% per year thereafter! The government says it will only cost about $1,000 per vehicle. Right, I really believe that!
But don’t worry, Obama has announced the opening of offshore drilling! Of course he also closed the offshore Alaskan fields, kept the Gulf of Mexico off limits (the two most productive regions we have!). Of course this just means you have the right to explore, it does not give you the right to produce! So I guess his promise on June 20, 2008 in Jacksonville, FL that he would do everything he could to eliminate offshore drilling is safe. Even if they let them go after the oil, it would be at least 10 years before they got through to where oil would be making an impact on the markets!
Unemployment is still at 9.7%! Underemployment is now at 20.3%! How can it be going up while the other stays the same? New unemployment claims keep happening while old claimants who no longer qualify for unemployment fall off the rolls. Geithner says that these numbers will remain this way for a long time!

Now you see why it is so important for all of us to register to vote and then actually vote for new leadership in Washington DC! This is a government gone out of control! It is our duty to stop it by removing the problems on election day!
Tin Geithner says “the failure of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac was part of a broader crisis that revealed flaws in the entire housing finance system.” He blamed problems on “insufficient regulation and enforcement, which did not provide a check on lax underwriting, irresponsible lending and excessive risk-taking.” It seems Mr. Geithner has forgotten that it was the Clinton and Bush administrations that forced the changes on the mortgage industry and allowed people to enter the home buying market that did not belong there.
Leading into a bank overhaul bill that Geithner says, “If we fail to act, America will lose this opportunity to set the global agenda, to define new high standards for all financial companies and to lead the debate in shaping a level playing field on terms that play to our strengths.” Does that kind of statement from the government scare anyone else?
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke “sees a loss in investment by bond holders” in the changes coming to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. May I give you a pain terms version of this? The government is going to seize final control of the two government sponsored enterprises, “GSE’s” and those bond holders still left will lose their investment, just like the bond holders in the GM bankruptcy where for the first time in U.S. bankruptcy history were not given preferred status in the bankruptcy proceedings. Corporate bonds are not what they used to be, thanks to this new change we have from the Obama era!
Oh yeah, the failure of these two GSE’s has now cost taxpayers $127 Billion so far with more to come. Maybe we should let banks and mortgage companies decide themselves who deserves to be buying a home? They seem much better at it.
The Republicans tried to get a few amendments into the final version of the Health Care and Education Affordability and Reconciliation Act. One that got stopped by the Democrats was an amendment that would have kept illegal aliens from accessing taxpayer funded tax subsidies created by the bill, the use of a verification system (E-Verify) to see if one was eligible for these subsidies and another creating a five-year waiting period for immigrants to receive tax payer funded benefits so that new comers to the country would not become an immediate burden to the American people. Remember them telling us that illegal aliens would not be able to get benefits from this bill? I guess they didn’t really mean that.

Gratitude for really important things.
A little under two thousand years ago last night, we were given the best gift we have ever received, The Atonement. I have always been amazed at how the world looks at the last week of Christ's life as a mortal here on earth. Statements of "He died for us", "He lives", and "He was crucified for us" have always been told and repeated at this time of year. I believe many forget the most important one, "He Atoned for us." Dictionary: "Atonement: satisfaction or reparation for a wrong or injury; amends."
I am not perfect, never will be, never have been. Yet through the Atonement, I can be made as if perfect. Christ said He would take all of my problems, sins, errors, mistakes and stupidity and take the consequences and suffering on Himself. All I had to do was accept Him as my Savior, ask for forgiveness and try to do better.
So while he was in the Garden of Gethsemane that Thursday night, the most important event of that week took place. It was the most painful and caused the most suffering, even more than the crucifixion. Reported by those there that He bled from every pore. Yet it was the most that He could do for you and me. Now I will be able to have the opportunity to appear as free of sin and return to My Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ when my time on earth is completed.
It is hard to find anything more important this week than that. So politics, society and everything else will be passed up in my blog this week. Just the most important thing that happened in this week will be reported on. The Atonement.
May your Easter be filled with joy, happiness, faith, hope and charity. May it be spent with family and friends and may we all remember the best part of Easter week, The Atonement. I'll be back next week with less important things. Happy Easter!
